What data will be collected?
On the google form we ask that you fill in some basic information about yourself (age, gender and sexual identity, ethnicity, country of origin) however this will not be posted alongside your accounts and will only be used for our analysis purposes. This information will be stored securely with the information you provide.
Where will it be used?
By posting your account, you consent to your information being used for academic publications and outputs, this will remain anonymous and any identifiable information will be redacted. Verbatim extracts from your information may be used in academic publications and outputs alongside experiences from other individuals.
How to withdraw
If you decide after submitting your account that you would like to withdraw it, please send us another post on this forum which will come directly to the researchers with some basic information and we will remove this, this can be up to 6 months after posting.
Data security
All information collected will be securely stored in line with GDPR regulations and the University of Sheffield confidentiality and data collection policies. The data will only be accessed by the researchers named on this website.
