In-person participation 

The event will be held at Mappin Hall at the University of Sheffield. You will be able to have face-to-face interactions with speakers, other participants and the social robot Furhat. Refreshments and lunch will be provided. 

We have a limited number of 30 places available. Please make sure you secure your spot as soon as possible! 

Online participation

Participants can join us online via Zoom for the oral sessions and the design activity. You will receive the Google Meet link 2 days before the event and a reminder 3 hours before the event.
