In-person Participation:

How to get there:
Via Mapping Building main entrance (recommended): The lift and stairs will be directly in front of you. Go to Level E, and Mappin Hall will be the first room on your left.
Via Engineering Heartspace entrance: Go straight and turn left at the first turn near the spiral staircase. Enter the Sir Frederick Mappin Building through the door. Take the lift or stairs to Level E. Mappin Hall will be the first room on your left.
Accessibility: Both entrances provide step-free access.

Online Participation:
We will use Google Meet for remote participation. The link will be sent to participants three days before the event, followed by a reminder one day before the event.
