The Careers Hub in the Students Union offer amazing events and workshops that they advertise on their website, and 1-on-1 advice which you can book appointments for up to 3 days in advance. Visit the career connect website to find the support that you need.
Additionally, the Careers Hub has a branch in the Wave that specialises with social science applications, called Cornerstone. Cornerstone offer support on all stages in the application process, and you can book appointments with them too!
SEED is specific to the Economics Department, so if you have more general questions, these resources are also amazing to get advice from.
Applying for jobs and other work experience opportunities can be a stressful process alongside your studies and other commitments. However, there is lots of information, support and advice available to help you along the way.
There is also the University Careers website, with lots of areas to do with placements, graduate schemes and CV advice!
