Can we visit the site at Atlas Way to collect?

By special request only. 

How will I receive my product? 

You can have your product delivered to the Arts Tower Porters' Lodge, which is located on the ground floor of the Arts Tower, Western Bank, Sheffield S10 2TN. Alternatively, we offer free delivery to Facilities Assistant lodges within University buildings for staff orders. 

Orders can also be posted via Royal Mail at an additional cost. 

I've just been to collect my poster and it's not there. Where is it? 

Deliveries are dropped off at the nearest porters' lodge or the reception desk to the delivery address requested by the orderer. 

I now have two email accounts registered on myPrint due to previous login issues. Would it be possible to remove one of them, please?  

Yes, please email our team at; print.enquiries@sheffield.ac.uk to arrange for your accounts to be updated. 

I'm unable to log in to myPrint, using the single sign-on function and my University credentials.  Is there another way I can place my order, such as using a guest account?

To login using your university credentials, you must ensure that you are trying to access either the staff or student site. Alternatively, you can create an external account using a non University of Sheffield email address, however, please note you can only pay using either a credit/debit card when using this option.
