GP Extended Access Hubs are NHS services designed to offer additional GP appointments outside of normal practice hours. These hubs aim to improve access to primary care, particularly during evenings and weekends, when most GP practices are closed.
The study is part of NIHR Applied Research Collaborations (ARCs) and will provide valuable insights into how patients use and experience GP Extended Access hubs so that care processes can be improved.
