Fascinating talks were presented by Stephen Bradley (School of Medicine and Population Health), who discussed challenges in improving early identification of pancreatic cancer in general practice and initial plans for his research in this area. Also, Ife Oyelade (School of Biosciences) shared their findings that cell cycle arrest and metabolic changes are a mechanism of kRas targeting treatment resistance.
