Plane

The best airport to use is Manchester from which you can get a train to Sheffield in just over an hour (via the beautiful peak district) changing at Manchester Piccadilly.

Train

The station is centrally located and a major hub for EMR, Cross Country, Northern and Trans- Pennine Express.

There are frequent connections from Doncaster or Retford/Grantham from LNER

Tram

The University Tram stop is 5 minutes from the venue. The Railway station has its own Tram stop on the Blue Line which will get you there. Alternatively walk to any stop between Ponds Forge and Cathedral for a Tram on Blue or Yellow to University.

Bus

The University is well served by buses from the interchange near the station and the city centre

Driving

There is no designated parking on site however there are various car parks around the city centre you can access. The closest main parking is Q-park Durham Road however it does get very busy.

Alternative parking for NCP or Q-park is all available online. Some hotels will have available parking but it will vary.
