To implement a new role, it is vital to understand how roles lead to changes in 'skill mix' in a service.
It is essential to consider how the implementation of new roles in mental health service meets the expectations of those using the services provided. Whilst completing our research we have been asking members of the Steering Group with lived experience what they think about new roles and what it is important to consider when implementing them.
