About the Session: Liam will be facilitating a Networking Masterclass which is aimed at increasing ability to effectively network in any given situation. In this practical and interactive session you will explore some top tips around how to strengthen your network and unlock opportunities you might not have ever considered. This session takes a holistic look at networking so whether you're a seasoned networking pro or terrified at the prospect of networking, this session has something for you.
About Liam Barr: Liam joined higher education five years ago having worked in the private sector as a consultant and manager of high performing teams. Since joining The University of Sheffield Liam has been supporting curriculum design in relation to career thinking, skills and attributes articulation and reflective practice. Liam also supports students across the school and faculty through a programme of extracurricular activities, all of which are aimed at increasing self awareness and ability in demonstrating key skills employers seek.
