Toolkit produced by the University of Leicester Library with Student Library Champions to support academic colleagues in diversifying their reading and resources list. The purpose of the toolkit is to aid academic colleagues in assessing the resources included in module reading lists and to facilitate the integration of more diverse resources into their curriculum. "Diversity" in this context encompasses various resource types and formats, a wide range of perspectives and approaches represented in the content, and contributions from a diverse range of people The toolkit's objective is not to replace core knowledge but to complement it.
