Description
What is networking? Why is it important? How can we do to network more effectively? Join the ECRWN Virtual Networking Workshop to find out! This is a supportive and interactive session for Early Career Researchers who identify as women. The workshop duration is 1 hour and the aim is to encourage delegates to consider and discuss challenges and skills relating to building personal and professional networks. The skills acquired during the workshop are suitable for any career level or career stream.
Maria Skordia
Mary is a Doctoral Researcher at Sheffield University Management School, examining how the mindsets and ways of thinking of decision makers affects organizational strategy and currently pursuing her PhD remotely, after more than 20 years of experience in the industry. She is also a mother, a Coach, one of the three Co-Chairs of the Early Career Researchers’ Women’s Network, and a Learning & Development Strategic Partner at SUMMIT S.A. Mary is interested in enhancing the sense of community among early career researchers, through supporting and empowering them.
