The supporting resource pack contains materials designed for use in everyday care to be used alongside the guidance:
A poster to promote the guidance in your care home.
A ‘go-to’ checklist of things to think about when supporting residents day-to-day.
Question prompts for writing and updating care plans.
Case studies and questions to help you think about how to put the guidance into practice or to use during training sessions.
The Wayfind Tool. An 80-item assessment tool that you can use to evaluate the physical environment of the care home.
