Sustainable Instruments, music and crafts workshop
A playful workshop where children can create their own musical instruments using recycled materials and explore sound through music-making and singing. Set in the Dorothy Fox Education Centre, the workshops combine creativity, nature and music in a relaxed environment designed for young children and their parents or carers.
Suitable for: ages 3-7

Creative Soundscapes
These imaginative workshops will teach you how to explore sounds from our environment and create music inspired by the world around us. Designed for older children and their parents or carers, we will focus on using our curiosity and creativity to make beautiful sounds - no musical experience necessary.

Guided Soundwalk
The guided soundwalks are designed to help tune in to your surroundings and tune out the noise of everyday life! Join us for a 45 minute walk around the gardens as we use mindful listening practices to learn about how sounds and nature can increase wellbeing.

EcoBeats Pop-Up Community Choir
Look out for our EcoBeats Pop-Up Choir in Sheffield Botanical Gardens. We will be singing a mixture of popular and folk tunes to share our love of nature. No prior musical experience needed... but make sure to wear weather-appropriate clothing!
