If you get in on Wednesday night and fancy a meal. We recommend exploring Whitham Rd (just five minutes uphill from the Rutland)
Butcher and Catch = nice steak and seafood sharing platters

Proove Pizza = GF options available too

A 15 minute walk to Ecclesall Rd and Sharrow Vale is worth exploring if you arrive a bit earlier.

Tamper Coffee (closest to the station)
Elm (small independent with great coffee and lovely cinnamon swirls)
Koffica: Close to the botanical gardens and a good range of brunch
Marmadukes : a few locations across the city with great bread
