Curricular Tasks

K-6 ELA Teachers

• Meet as grade-level teams to review/revamp/rewrite ELA curriculum maps to reflect the newly adopted textbook.
• At a minimum, quarter 1 must be completed today.
• Please be sure to bring the following:
  • Volume 1 Teacher Guide
  • Teacher Pal 1
  • Planning Guide
  • Professional Learning Guide
  • Scope and Sequence of Skill Instruction

All Other Teachers

• Review year-long curriculum pacing guide to account for time spent on teaching procedures during Q1. Do we need to move some things?
• Ensure that all teachers of a given grade-level/subject-area have access to the current maps. If not, please email Mark Carl.
• Ensure that all teachers agree on and have access to the common assessments.
• Subject-specific tasks (click here).
