Year 10 - Compulsory

Year 10 Social Studies encourages students to take part in a changing society as confident, informed and responsible people. Social Studies provides opportunities for individual achievement and the development of a range of skills relevant to a variety of different subjects at senior levels.

Course Focus

All of these topics include global and national issues

Civics and Society - Democracy processes and international cooperation
History - Causes, consequences, and perspectives
Geography - Interaction and sustainability
Financial and Economic Activity - Financial well-being in a complex and changing world

Course Contribution: $25 indicative amount, may be subject to change.
