Arlene fell in love with the sport of cheer the very first time she tried it.  Arlene cheered in middle school and all four years for Knoxville Catholic High School.  She has coached the Knoxville Youth Sports Catholic Cheer Team.  Arlene was born and raised in Miami and has lived in Knoxville for 30 years.  She is the proud mother of 1 current SHCS student, Emme and Sophie who is a freshman at Knoxville Catholic.  She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in business from the University of Tennessee. Her focus will be to guide the cheerleaders in their leadership and confidence to be positive, encouraging, and grow in their servitude.

Mary-Hannah is a Knoxville, Tennessee native. She began cheering in 5th grade for Sacred Heart Cathedral School, and continued at Knoxville Catholic High School through her senior year. Some of her best cheer memories come from her days spent learning new routines, attending cheer camps, and participating in after school practices and Friday night games!

Mary-Hannah is a proud mom to her daughter, Sommers, who attends Sacred Heart. Mary-Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and currently works within the Diocese of Knoxville Catholic Schools Office. Mary-Hannah is passionate about fostering strong school spirit, building confidence in young athletes, and helping each girl grow and refine her cheer skills throughout the year.
