About the Teacher

The 2025-26 school year is my 17th year teaching and my 12th year at Wilson High School. I graduated from West Chester University in 2009 with a B.S.Ed. in English 7-12 and a minor in psychology. I earned a Master's degree in Reading, with a Reading Specialist Certification, from Kutztown University in 2012, and I earned my second Master's degree in Applied Studies in Teaching and Learning from West Chester University in 2021. 

In addition to teaching, I coach both middle school field hockey and high school track & field for Wilson, I am an active member of the SAP Team, and I am a co-advisor for Wilson's YVC STAR Club. I truly love this school and community! When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, stepkids, and dogs. I love reading, beach trips, and concerts!
