Course Objective
Course Objective
This activity based course allows students to further explore the technologies that they may encounter in everyday life. In the transportation segment, students will design and construct a variety of vehicles, which may include rockets, boats, cars, and airplanes. Various propulsion systems will be explored and designed and problem solving skills will be emphasized. In the construction segment, students will design and construct a bridge and/or a tower. Using problem solving skills learned early in the year the students will then test and evaluate their designs.
