Student teams of 8-10 will keep their stationary bike tires spinning from 8am on April 25th 2025 to 8am on April 26th 2025. During the time other team members are not riding, they can sleep, eat, support their team member who is riding, and participate in the activities that will be taking place throughout the school in the 24 hours.
Each team will be required to raise a minimum of $1000.
Captains are responsible for being the liaison between your team and the Organizing Committee
Captains need to attend all Captains' Meetings at lunch in the Learning Commons:

Captains are to ensure all team members pay their $50 entry fee, submit Consent Forms, and raise a minimum of $1000/team.
Each participant will need to register by completing the REGISTRATION FORM
Download and complete the WAGATHON 2025 CONSENT FORM
Submit your completed CONSENT FORM to the office and a $50 Entry Fee to the Office Fee Window or SchoolZone.
A fundraising page allows your sponsors to directly donate (via Credit Card) to your cause. Your fundraising page can also be linked to your social media feeds.
How To Set Up your Fundraising Page
STEP 1 - Captains will need to SET UP a TEAM FUNDRAISER Page.
STEP 2 - Each team member can JOIN A TEAM and create their own INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISING PAGE.

When asking for donations ensure you show the YESS letter and have the QR code available for people to scan and contribute directly on the site.
1.) Team Fundraising Page
Ensure your captain has set up their page and your team page
Then you can set up your personal page. Be sure to link it to your team page.
2) Cash and/or Cheque Donation
Cheque(s) are made payable to "YESS"
Record and collect donations on the Pledge Forms.
Cash and/or Cheques must be submitted to Mrs. Stefanich by April 22nd 2025.
3) Through YESS website
Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay
All online donations and cash/cheque donations over $25 will receive a Tax Receipt.
