Students without vehicles:
You can still participate in the processional! First obtain the cap/tassels and folio located on the east side of the school where vehicles will be picking them up. Then walk towards the front of the school where you will see the "walk in" line. Ensure your spacing from others is according to AHS guidelines and you will be rotated through the procession to ensure a smooth flow with the vehicles in procession.

8:00 AM Grad baby photo montage
8:30 AM - Principal's address, speeches from dignitaries, valedictorian and grad historians. This stream also includes the grad baby photo montage and MCs of the live event.

Commencement
9 AM-10:30 AM:
Students with surnames starting with A-F.
10:30 AM-12 PM:
Students with surnames starting with G-L.
1 PM-2:30 PM:
Students with surnames starting with M-S.
2:30 PM-3:30 PM:
Students with surnames starting with T-Z.
There will be 4 important Photo opportunities
Route:
The procession starts at the Woodcroft Community Center parking lot just off of 114 Ave.
Follow the signs through Coronation Park and around the east side of Ross Sheppard High School.
Along the way pick up your graduation cap and tassels, folio and gift, then proceed to the school front.
At the front of the school, you can exit the car (AHS guidelines will dictate how many people can be out of the car at any one moment),

To ensure you get your cap/tassels and folio bring your Shep ID card as these will only be given grads who have purchased a grad ticket. If you have been online and do not have an ID card, please contact the main office to get some assistance and a temporary ID.
Photographs of students will be uploaded to a site where you can download them free of charge. The link will be posted here.
As students will be photographed please dress up! Those wanting to decorate vehicles may do so.

** If you don't get a chance to participate in the processional and still would like your grad package you can pick it up at the main office between 9-12 during the month of July while summer school is in session. After that you will have to wait until September.
