The Classic Legacy!!
"Centurions Conquer Cancer" - for the past 10 years we have used the tournament to raise money and awareness for the Canadian Cancer Society.
We have raised over $110 000 for the Canadian Cancer Society, including over $23 000 from the 2025 Classic.
All players wear pink shoelaces throughout the tournament as a way to build breast cancer awareness. A special thanks to Leo from Apex ESP Inc for making the pink shoelace campaign possible for a decade's worth of tournaments!
The EBOA officials use Pink and/or Yellow whistles as an additional vehicle for raising awareness for our cancer initiative.
Students sell Pink-T-shirts leading up to The Classic--The money from each sale goes directly to the Canadian Cancer Society.
This year, our amazing Parent Advisory Council (PAC) will be generously donating $2500 that will help offset the costs of the t-shirts and will allow us to donate the full $20 per shirt to the CCS!
Admission is free, but donationsto the Canadian Cancer Society are accepted at the door. Donations at the door in lieu of admission fees resulted in us collecting over $700 in 2025!
