First project done with the gmetrix program, we followed the videos, and it taught us tips for using premiere. Learned how to use the mark in, mark out to import media, unlink the video from original audio, and how to use the pen tool to lower the music volume

For this project I learned how to do multi-cam editing, freeze frame, slow down one part of a clip and bring it back to regular speed, color grading, audio merging, and adjustment layers. This project was a very important one, teaching us a lot of new techniques that are used commonly. For example, the multi-cam editing, you see that in a lot of interviews or documentaries, and it was fun to learn, along with how to cut out bad parts of clips smoothly.

Same video as PR02-MtmBike but with the adjustment layers showing, I learned how to add an effect throught the whole video with an adjustment layer. I added the black and white effect along another layer for the text box.

For project 3 we did a promotional video for a school, we learned how to blend clips together, how to animate images with different points, how to adjust audio when needed, use markers to snap us back to a point of the video we want, and how opacity masks work. It was really cool learning how to blend two clips together along with an effect to make it look weird as the clips play. It was also fun learning how to do the track matte part; I like how we had the clip playing underneath the logo and how you could still have a background with it to mess with.
