FOREIGN EXCHANGE STUDENTS

The EL4 Form (BELOW) must be completed, filed with all required documentation for any youth exchange, other international or immigrant (without Permanent Resident status) student, and approved by the FHSAA office each year before the student is allowed to participate in interscholastic competition.

PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF TEN (10) BUSINESS TO PROCESS THIS FORM

Along with that form, the following will need to be provided.

FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

1. Proof of Age

2. I-20 A-B Form or DS-2019 Form or I-94 Form or Other Immigration Documents

3. Original Language Transcripts

4. Int'l Transcript-GPA Calculator Form (Grades 9 - 12 only) (BELOW)

RETURNING, PREVIOUSLY APPROVED STUDENTS

1. I-20 A-B Form or DS-2019 Form or I-94 Form or Other Immigration Documents;

2. An official school transcript or the Int'l Transcript-GPA Calculator Form (Grades 9 - 12 only) (BELOW)
