Recent Band Updates

4/19/2022 Update:

Good morning,

We are excited about our upcoming Spring Concert next Wednesday, April 27th, at Cocoa Beach Jr. Sr. High School! We have a great line-up of music for our audience, and will be giving student recognitions for various achievements throughout the year as well as honoring our seniors.

The concert will begin at 6:00 pm in the Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School auditorium. Students will report directly to Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School with their instruments and in their uniforms at 5:30 pm.

Concert Attire for our performing students will be:

Wind Ensemble (7th Period), Percussion (3rd Period): Black on black - black dress shirt with black dress slacks and black socks/shoes. This is the same attire that our 6th period jazz band wears for concerts.

Concert and Beginning Band (1st and 4th Period): White on black - white dress shirt with black dress slacks and black socks/shoes. This is the same attire that our 5th period jazz band wears for their concerts.

*If a student is in more than one ensemble, they may wear the black on black the entire evening without needing to change shirts.

We will be posting a “sign-up” genius shortly with opportunities for parents to earn some hours by helping us transport some band equipment to the concert site. More details will be included with the link, this will be a great opportunity to earn some hours! :)
