About Mrs. Enrique
In 1993, I earned a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Reading and Literacy. Since graduating and becoming certified to teach in Florida, I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to gain experience in so many areas. I have taught almost every elementary grade level: K, 1st, 2nd,4th, and 5th grades. In 1998, I worked as a Title 1 Teacher, where I helped support small groups of students in grades K through 6 to improve their reading skills. In 2000, I became a Teacher Technology Specialist for 4 years at the Brevard County School Board. In this position, I taught teachers throughout the county how to use technology in the classroom. Each experience has brought many challenges that have helped me grow as a teacher. I have been at Freedom 7 since 2004. As a certified Media Specialist and IB Coordinator, I look forward to helping Freedom 7 students become lifelong readers and learners!
