A Makerspace is an area where people can come and create with high tech, low tech, or no tech items. Our space has generously been funded through the Shamong Foundation for Educational Excellence, New Jersey State ESSA Funds, as well as parent/community donations.

The students at IMMS may visit the Makerspace during their recess time, and during their Information Literacy Class. Students find an array of items including robots, circuit building kits, creative computing, Trash to treasure materials, and arts and crafts.
