What does it mean to have empathy for other people?

How can empathizing help us to find solutions to a creative problem?

This is the first step in the Design Thinking process. Our goal in this step is to LOOK👀, LISTEN👂, and LEARN🧠to better understand the problem from another person's perspective or point of view.
