Our primary area of operations is in Mecklenburg County, N.C. and N.C.-wide (but we will work with Veterans out of the area as resources and funding allow).
We were founded in 2016 by four Veterans. Shadow Vets was established, but the founders needed a little time to get personal affairs in order before they were able to help others. In April 2019, that time came. Ever since, Shadow Vets has aggressively been part of the community, making a social impact that has changed life for many veterans. We have developed relationships with local businesses and other nonprofits so we can better serve our Veteran community. Join one of our teams on an op!!
