Dear Parents/Guardians,
I am so excited to join your child in the Pre-K classroom! My name is Amy Rossley, and I've been passionate about early childhood education for over 30 years. I'm committed to creating a loving and engaging learning environment where your child can thrive.
A little about me: I'm a proud mom to an 9-year-old daughter, Gianna. She loves playing soccer and I love watching her play. We love going to Phillies games, the beach or pool and we love all things Disney. Our favorite vacation spot is a Disney Resort or the beach. I hold a BA in Professional Studies with minors in Early Childhood Education and Professional Education, and I'm currently working on my Master's in Education and dual certification in PreK-4 and Special Education and will graduate in December 2025.
I'm committed to creating a warm, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment where your child can explore, discover, and grow.
In our classroom, we’ll engage in a variety of activities, including:
Play-based learning Through imaginative play, children develop important social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
Literacy and language arts: We'll read stories, sing songs, and practice writing and speaking skills.
Math and science: We'll explore numbers, shapes, and the natural world through hands-on activities.
Art and music: We'll express ourselves creatively through painting, drawing, and music.
Religion: Stories of God’s Love program
I believe that open communication between home and school is essential for your child's success. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns. We can meet in person, via email, or by phone.
I'm looking forward to a wonderful year of learning and growth with your child!
Sincerely,
Ms. Amy Rossley
