If you are a South Glens Falls CSD student, please fill out this form:

  • If you are not able to use your school-issued Chromebook due to breakage, unable to hold a charge, or not working correctly after troubleshooting by updating and restarting, please fill out the form and an IT technician will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • If you have weak internet at your home and need possible assistance through a school issued hot spot, please fill out this form.

Please be sure that your Chromebook is up to date before submitting the form below:

  • Go to the Gopher on your extension toolbar and click it.

  • Update if it prompts you to do so.

  • Restart your computer
