He has facilitated multiple workshops/training sessions that equipped individuals with skills and techniques to help them succeed in honing their leadership skills and succeed in their jobs.
Previously he held senior corporate leadership positions at major multi-national companies such as Brocade Communications, EMC, Data General and Sequent Computer systems in Singapore, providing effective leadership to large cross-functional, multi-cultural teams in Asia/Pacific.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from IIT Madras and a Master's degree in Business Management from IIT Madras. He is a certified coach for effective Leadership Development (Stakeholder Centred Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith) and certified in “Global Leader of the Future Assessment” by Marshall Goldsmith.
