I have realized that work and school are similar but at the same time very different. We will need to have a good mindset to fully adapt and be a winner in the work world.

This module has taught me that having a good winning mindset is important in your job because it fosters resilience, determination, and a positive attitude, which are crucial for overcoming challenges, achieving goals, and excelling in your career. Stephen Krempl shows us many way to do this but one way that stuck to me was the Approach Pyramid that helps you approach different obstacles in the work world and to help you succeed.

My keytake away for this module is how connecting with people and exhibiting unique behaviors sets you apart in the work world is important for personal and work growth.
