A keytake away that I took from the Introduction, Part 1 is how to adapt to your new work life. In addition, many things that you will need to prepare for. For example, interacting with people, time management, work life balance, and many more.

I have realized that work and school are similar but at the same time very different. We will need to have a good mindset to fully adapt and be a winner in the work world.

MODULE 1

PART 1 Key Takeaways

This keytake away was really essential to me because of how much it impacted me. It's essential because of how you may attract their attention and leave a lasting impression by standing out. You can set yourself apart from the competition and leave a lasting impression by crafting a distinctive brand identity, and providing a unique experience.

MODULE 2

PART 1 Key Takeaways

This module has taught me that having a good winning mindset is important in your job because it fosters resilience, determination, and a positive attitude, which are crucial for overcoming challenges, achieving goals, and excelling in your career. Stephen Krempl shows us many way to do this but one way that stuck to me was the Approach Pyramid that helps you approach different obstacles in the work world and to help you succeed.

MODULE 3

PART 1-7 Key Takeaways

My keytake away for this module is how connecting with people and exhibiting unique behaviors sets you apart in the work world is important for personal and work growth. I can do this by building strong professional relationships, fostering collaboration, and showcasing your individual strengths, ultimately leading to greater opportunities for success and advancement in your career.

The things that I have learned from Module 3 parts 1-7 are:

1.) Connecting personally with your supervisors, teammates, and coworkers.

2.) Articulating your Point Of View so that you always have value in the team.

3.) Communicate Confidently to make your point important and to stand out.

4.) Build Trust with other people to be effective and connect with them.

5.) Provide Direct Feedback to help them grow as a person and as a leader.

6.) Take Ownership so people know that you mean what you say.

7.) Coach and Recognize so you can be a leader.
