Help with My Anger
WHAT IS ANGER?
Two important things for anger management:
Self-awareness: being AWARE, or NOTICING, that you have a problem. Being AWARE of your feelings and the triggers that cause them.
Self-Control: Being able to FEEL your emotions while KEEPING YOUR COOL. THINK before you ACT
Sometimes when we are ANGRY, we tend to act in ways we normally wouldn't. Sometimes, our reactions are much BIGGER than the problem itself. Use this thermometer resource to test if your REACTION matches your PROBLEM.
