Year 7 Serbian

At Year 7, students are continuing to study Serbian, bringing with them an established capability to interact in different situations, to engage with a variety of texts and to communicate with some help about their immediate world and that of Serbia. Students are able to identify key words and information with guidance in simple written, spoken, digital and visual texts. Participate in shared imaginative activities and respond in a variety of ways through stories , Students also create and participate in shared performances using familiar words, phrases and language patterns.

Students will develop their reading, writing and comprehension skills through the topics of: 

• Serbian cities

• Holidays

• Religious and Cultural Traditions

Assessment

Assessment includes:

• oral presentations/interactions

• listening and responding

• written tasks
