Ms. Fernandez

Hi, My name is Ms. Fernandez, but you can call me Ms. F or Coach F. I grew up in Los Angeles and have been living in SF for 15 years. I have been teaching for 12 years, 9 of those years at Mission. I recently completed my Master's in Sports Administration.

I also Coach Tennis and am the Assistant Athletic Director. I love Mission HS for our diversity, amazing students, and collaborative team of colleagues. Can't wait to meet you all!

This is my lovely little family!

I have a loving partner, Michelle, who is also a teacher at an elementary school. I have a sweet daughter, Bailey, who will be entering the 5th grade and enjoys softball and piano...and I can't forget our 2 fur babies, Marli Jo and Faith. Marli Jo is our 16 yr. old Chihuahua mix who loves to lounge in her princess bed and go on road trips. Our mischievous kitten, Faith loves to talk, play in the yard and mess with her sister Marli.

Hobbies: Dj’ing, Gardening, Attending Football games, Hiking, Surfing

Movies/Show: Coming to America, Love & Basketball, 30 for 30 (ESPN)

Food: Anything spicy, Watermelon, Matcha tea, Impossible burgers
