  • Deadline to apply for Ruth Asawa: School of the Arts (RASOTA) & Lowell High School

2027

• February 1, 2027

  • Main Round Deadline — last day to submit, revise, or cancel TK-12 applications

  • Interdistrict transfer applications due (permits due April 30) 

• February 2, 2027

  • Waitlist opens; families applying after January 30 join waitlists or get assigned to schools with space

• Week of March 15, 2027

  • Main Round assignment letters mailed; interdistrict notifications sent; waitlist status visible in ParentVue 

• March 25, 2027

  • Last day to accept or decline Main Round assignment; final day to submit hardship appeals 

  • SFUSD Families Auto-Accepted;  Lowell HS and RASOTA admits must MANUALLY accept offers

• April 19, 2027

  • First Waitlist assignment emails sent; then rolling as space becomes available 

• April 26, 2026

  • Open Enrollment for 2026-27 begins

• August 27, 2027

  • Last Day to Submit Waitlist Application

• September 3, 2027

  • End of waitlist offers; end of open enrollment transfers
