Class overview
Ethnic studies is designed to give students both an introduction to the experiences of ethnic communities that are generally underrepresented/not represented in our textbooks. This course will equip you with a powerful way to understand race, ethnicity, nationality, and culture in the United States. Furthermore, we will explore the critical connections between ourselves, our communities, the larger world and the systems used to organize society.
