We finished the morning pool play winning our pool and all three matches. The score differential landed us as a number 1 seed in the gold bracket for the afternoon bracket play. We beat University H.S. from San Francisco to get to the championship game, where we played well but ended up losing to the host school Rancho Cotate H.S. ending the day with a 4-1 record and a second place finish out of 20 teams.
