12th Grade Unofficial Transcripts
When do students need an unofficial transcript?
Unofficial transcripts can be used for course planning, college applications, and some scholarships.
When do students need an official transcript?
When colleges specifically ask for an official mid-year transcript, or when students are transferring out of the district and want an official record. A student should visit this website to order an official transcript.
How do students and/or families access the unofficial transcript?
Log into StudentVue or ParentVue
Click on the left menu bar tab called 'Documents'
Click on "2020-2021 PREfall NonCollege USAGE"...."Unofficial Transcript" (why is it named that? So students don't send it to colleges)
9-11th Grade Unofficial Transcripts
You may request your unofficial transcript through Ms. Fong fongh1@sfusd.edu (Counseling Office Secretary) or your counselor.
This is used to keep track of your academic progress and not used for official transcripts.
Official and Final Transcripts
An official transcript is stamped, signed and sealed. DO NOT open it, or it will be unofficial.
Do not send or request an official transcript unless schools ask for it.
To request an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT see Ms. Fong or Ms. Thieu in room 149
Final transcripts will be sent to your requested school by the district. In May, you will get a message from the district and your counselor about your next steps.
Graduates of Lincoln will be required to request a transcript through transcripts@sfusd.edu.
