All of Oracle Park's load in policies and procedures are listed below. These are subject to change and connect with your ballpark contact to ensure information is up to date.
2nd & King
All concert load-in takes place at our 2nd & King Entrance. It is an active driveaway and shared space with the South Beach Harbor. All vendors are advised to listen to direction of our staff to ensure a smooth load in process.
Our ballpark team will provide trench plates in front of our player's lot and outside of our tunnel towards Left Field.
Oracle Park recommends utilizing Chung Kuo as the load in site manager but the promoter can utilize who they choose for the site manager.
Harbor Lot
The Harbor Lot is next to our 2nd & King entrance and is operated by the South Beach Harbor. This is a lot that can be utilized for load in and load out. There are 26 spaces open for use during load in and the promoter will need to provide fencing it.
Production Workbook
The ballpark utilizes a production workbook to track operational needs for load in and load out. Promoters can provide the following information to assist with this process:
