The venue will provide the following staffing

• Dedicated Event Manger for preplanning, venue coordination and post event

  • Ballpark Event Manager will submit permits for site plans, Special Event Building Permit, Over Time Port Fire Watch, Fire Permits including but not limited to: LPG, Generator, Open Flame, & Tent

• Flooring

  • Drivable flooring will be installed and managed by ballpark

  • Pedestrian flooring will be installed and manage by ballpark

• IT

  • Dedicated internet WIFI networks can be installed based on tour needs

• Medical

  • Ballpark will arrange for medical coverage for load in /load out and show days

• MSA K9 Units

  • Ballpark will arrange for K9 coverage for load in /load out and show days

• Staffing for following areas on event day:

  • Guest Services

    • Ticket takers at all gates

    • Ushers on all levels of the ballpark to direct guests to seats

  • Maintenance

    • Janitorial staff to service load in and lout out spaces

      • Timing to be coordinated with promoter and onsite Ballpark Event Manager

    • Full venue janitorial on show days

  • Security

    • Load In /Load Out Security personal for 2nd King and front of players lot entrances.

    • Full venue security for event day

  • Ticket Services

    • Onsite ticket services contact

    • Show day – onsite ticket services contact for any inhouse resolutions.

• Staffed Credential window

  • Load in / load out days – operating hours to be confirmed with Ballpark Event Manager

• Wristbands

  • Load in and load out wristbands

  • Field wristbands for field ticket holders (this can be provided by the promoter if desired)

    • Security for load in and load out on port walk ballpark entrances

    • Field coverage for show nights
