This site was created for partners to take advantage of training content created by Search for Common Ground, which is typically available internally. On this site you'll find a course that takes it's audience through basic data analysis concepts and skills. You'll find a course that teaches you the basics of conducting your own relational survey (and Social Network Analysis). You'll find a crash course on Geographic Information Systems (GIS), which is the art/science of creating maps and analyzing geographic and spatial data with computers. If you already have Excel and data analysis experience, these courses will be much easier to understand. If not, don't worry and take it slow.
A Note from the creator: "Hopefully, you'll see that I've tried include my sense of humor to make the videos somewhat entertaining and interactive, especially with the SNA and GIS courses. Always feel free to reach out to me with any questions. If enough of you are interested, we could arrange calls to go over certain concepts in detail or find time if I'm passing through your city/country. Don't take yourself or the content too seriously, and you'll learn a lot more. Enjoy!" -- Omar Salem
