Project Folders

Currently we are using a public Google Drive to store our files for the project. This will change as we settle on tools and places. 

Access rights to the subfolders and their contents varies. The general principles are:

• The project is a UN/CEFACT Open Development Process project. What we produce is available to all.
  This means that

  • view access is generally available for all to all content

  • the only exceptions are very early drafts and/or anything that might contain person/sensitive information

• For working files and project deliverables:

  • "comment" access is available to all. This allows anyone to make comments on the content. Our intent is to maintain this position unless it becomes untenable through misuse

  • Edit access is available to those who have expressed the desire to contribute and have registered as a UN/CEFACT expert (see Participation )
