The project calendar is publicly visible and contains details of past and future project events, including the details needed to join the video conference meetings.
We record each meeting, capture transcripts and generate notes. These artefacts are added as links to the event record once processing has completed. This means that you can see prior meeting details by checking the calendar entry.
The calendar should also allow you to copy and/or link the details to your own calendar environment so that you get reminders and notifications as you would for other entries in your calendar.
We have purposely kept the number of invited participants very small at present, just the core lead/admin team for the project. This is to avoid the issue where any change (no matter how minor) to the events causes multiple emails and (typically) confusion. The recurring nature of the planned events (once every two weeks) tends to increase the risk of this calendar noise. It also reduces the exposure of people and their email addresses.
The frequency, day of week and time of day for these meetings may change with project and project participants availability and demands as well as with "daylight savings" changes where countries in the Northern and Southern hemispheres tend to adjust their time in different directions.
