GTC Scouting Tech Clinics is a one day only program open to registered SBSA and CUBS youth. We offer adventure clinics and merit badge clinics. All clinics are led by either a gateway instructor and/or BSA registered leader.

Scouts are asked to wear Field Uniform (previously called "Class A")
Schedule
8:00 AM Arrival and check-In at the Class Location
We collect the Gateway Waiver
We review the BSA Health Form A/B, but do not collect them.
8:30 AM Classes start promptly
Be in the classroom and ready
Work on adventures and merit badges
11:30 AM Close for CUBS @ Kenosha Campus
11:45 AM Lunch for SBSA (OR as directed)
Pizza usually provided by gateway or feel free to bring your own bag lunch
12:45 PM Remaining time to work on merit badges (OR as directed)
Get Counselor sign-off on Blue Cards
SBSA Scouts are free to leave once merit badge activities are completed.
2:30 PM Close for SBSA at all campuses
Some classes may finish up early, so parents are free to work with their scout(s) on a pickup time. Note the Scholarship MB Clinic is available in the PM for Scouts at iMET once they have completed their MB in the morning. Scouts can sign up for a 20 mins session with the counselor , limited to the first 10 scouts.
We verify Scout has a Blue card - signed by Scoutmaster on the front and filled out appropriately to start the class
We verify Scout has an appropriate Merit Badge workbook or similar item for taking notes.
We verify Scout is dressed appropriately for the specified MB.
Scouts are to be picked up by 2:30 PM
Some classes may finish up early, so feel free to work with your scout on a pickup time.
Scouts may leave when they are finished.
2:30 PM Close for SBSA.
