General Restrictions

1. All participants must be accompanied by a person aged 13 or above

2. All participants must scan LeaveHomeSafe and present vaccination record before entering the activity area

3. All participants must have their temperature taken by staff of Triple Lips (organizer) and wear a mask throughout the event. Any person who does not follow the staff's relevant hygiene instructions, does not use LeaveHomeSafe, has a body temperature higher than 36 degrees Celsius or is infected will be rejected to enter the venue

4. Participants must enter the game area under the arrangement of the staff

5. Please note that participants have the opportunity to be arranged to participate in the activity with the unknown

6. When waiting to enter, please respect other participants. Do not push or crowd others, and do not jump the queue. Queue together with your friends, latecomers are not allowed to jump in the queue; to avoid chaos, each queuing participant is counted as one, queuing for others or use of item to queue is not allowed. If participants leave the queue during the queuing period, please requeue

7. If large queuing occurred, the staff will stop the waiting line according to the actual situation

8. Certain activities are not suitable for people with heart disease, high blood pressure, claustrophobia and epilepsy

9. Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited in the venue

10. Participants are advised to wear sports-appropriate clothing to participate in the activity

11. Participants must wear the protective equipment provided

12. Please do not bring umbrellas, water bottles and easily loosen objects, as well as large or sharp objects that may endanger yourself or others

13. Participants should be careful of uneven surface or irregular slopes in the venue

14. Do not push or run in the field

15. Do not remove, touch , damage or destroy any objects in the venue

16. In case of any damage or destroying of facilities in the venue is found caused with intention, the organizer reserves the right to ask the participant for maintenance costs.

17. CCTV is installed in the venue

18. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff. On-site staff have the right to ask offenders to leave the venue immediately

19. Please take care of your personal belongings and keep an eye on your children at all times

20. Any person (including whether under the influence of drugs or alcohol) harasses other participants or staff during the event, or refuses to abide by the terms and rules set out by the organizer, the staff has the right to ask the offender to leave immediately

21. Participants understand and agree that there may be certain accidental risks during the participation process. The organizer has no responsibility in event of any accident or due to the negligence, health and physical fitness of the participants resulting in injuries or financial losses when participating in this activity.

22. Participants agree that the organizer will use the photos/videos of their participation in this event for publicity and promotion purposes

23. The organizer will pay close attention to the latest epidemic prevention measures of the government and comply with relevant legal requirements, and reserves the right to control the number of people in queue at any time or implement crowd control measures as appropriate

24. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone the event, or change any terms and conditions without prior notice. The organizer has no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or consequence caused by such cancellation, delay or change

25. In case of any disputes, the organizer reserves the right of final decision

Pet-related Restrictioins

1. There is a duty to keep dogs under control. Under section 23 of the Rabies Ordinance, all dogs of any size must be leashed or otherwise kept under control in public places (except in country parks or when swimming at sea). In the case of dogs weighing 20 kilograms or more (large dogs) it is an offence for a person to take the dog into a public place unless the dog is securely held on a leash of not more than 2m in length or is securely tied to a fix ed object on a leash of not more than 1.5m in length.

2. If a dog bites a person, under section 24(1) of the Rabies Ordinance, there is a duty on its keeper to report this to the police and to keep the dog in isolation, for such period as may be specified by the officer in charge of the police station (due to the risk of rabies). Failure to comply may result in a fine of $10,000.

3. It is an offence punishable by a $5,000 fine for a person in charge of a dog not to clean up any faeces or urine the dog has deposited in a public place or the common parts of a venue.

Dining Area Restrictions

1. No outside food allowed in the picnic area

2. Masks must be worn at all times except when eating.

3. The organizer will pay close attention to the latest epidemic prevention measures of the government and comply with relevant legal requirements. The staff in the venue have the right to ask those who violate the regulations to leave the venue immediately;

Hygiene Related Restrictions

1. In accordance with the latest government epidemic prevention measures and compliance with relevant legal requirements, the organizer reserves the right to control the number of people in queue at any time or implement crowd control measures according to the situation;

2. All facilities on site will be cleaned and disinfected with disinfectant spray every 60 minutes

3. Sufficient hand sanitizers of alcohol more than 70% and surgical masks will be provided in the carnival for participants to replace and wear. You may ask with the staff near you.
