Mrs. Munoz
Hello There! My name is Kendra Munoz and I am a Kindergarten teacher at Sonora Elementary School. This is my 8th year teaching. I have taught a variety of grades from TK-4th. However, Kindergarten is my happy place. When I was a young girl, I also attended Sonora Elementary School. I loved this school so much, that I returned after college to be a teacher. I hold a bachelors degree in Liberal Arts, and a California Multiple Subjects teaching credential.
Outside of school, I enjoy hanging out with my family. I have two little boys, Jase who is 8, and Hudson who is 4. I am also happily married to Mr. Munoz. We also have two labs, Kali and Sage (she's a puppy). We enjoy hiking, fishing, and camping.
I also enjoy playing volleyball, shopping, and being with my friends. Ice cream on a hot day, is my favorite go to treat! Rocky Road is my favorite. I also enjoy watching sports -- Giants, Raiders, and Warriors are my go to teams. I also cheer for the 49ers from time to time.
