Transcripts - Below are instructions for requesting your transcript.

        • Current students
            • 12th Grade Students that need a transcript for college should create an account through Parchment.com. All transcripts to an Indiana College or University will be sent through Parchment. Once you create your account you can order your transcript which prompts and email to Ms. Swaney. At that time she will log in and send your transcript electronically. Students will be able to track when their transcripts are sent by the high school and received by the colleges.
            • 12th Grade Students that need a paper transcript for a scholarship, a college outside of Indiana, or for other purposes, should see Ms. Swaney.
            • 9th - 11th Grade Students that need a copy of their transcript for any purpose should see Ms. Swaney.
        • Graduated or Withdrawn Students
          • Please email or fax the request the school counselor.
          • Records must be requested by the past student (if they are over 18.)
          • Information required to process your request
              • Full Legal Name at time of graduation or withdraw
              • Current Name (if different)
              • Year of graduation or month & year of withdraw
              • Date of Birth
              • Where you want the information sent.
              • Your signature.
          • Requested information can be emailed to Ms. Swaney at sswaney@ses.k12.in.us or faxed to 765-763-7170.
